A Guardian is a person, who assess and verify data of the founder's project progress as per proposal request raised by founders. An independent assessment for approval and rejections is made based on multiple parameters.
2.How to become a Guardian in CR Square Finance Ecosystem?
An Independent third party validator (guardian) should have prerequisite experience in the fields of Blockchain, Auditing, Investments, Product Development and Management. He/she can apply through the following Link. The application is vetted by the CR Square Finance Team and is subject to approval by the CR Square DAO Members.

8.What is the Process of Validation?
Assessment process step to step basis:
a. Founder's raise investment proposal to Investors via CR Square Finance Guardian.
b. Funds for the proposal raised are sent to the Escrow Pool account by Investors.
c. Guardians verify pending requests within 24 hours of proposal raised and provide feedback along with remarks.
d. After receiving minimum five validations for a proposal request subject to majority consensus, Funds will be transferred to Founder's wallet from Escrow Pool. In case of a majority rejections of the proposal, the Investor's will have discretion still approve the funding proposal.
e. In Case of Rejection the Founders can create proposal again based on there marks provided the Guardians.
f. If a project fails in 3 continuous proposals the investors funds are unlocked from the Escrow Pools.
    9.Can a Guardian be removed?
    Guardians’ quality would be reviewed and rated by the CR Square Team, Investors and DAO Members. Any Guardian with continuous rating of below 5 out of 10 would be considered for removal by CR Square DAO Members.
      10.Will a Guardian be rated for their performance?
      DOA members and Investors provide rating for each proposal validation based on the quality of the feedback and remarks provided by the Guardian.
        11.Is a Guardian visible to public ?
        Guardians’ data is available only to the Investors and DAO Members.
